For in him the whole fullness of deity dwells bodily, and you have been filled in him, who is the head of all rule and authority.

Put another way... you have also been filled to the brim/fulfilled/perfected/completed in Him, who is the head of all leaders and governments. 

Colossians 2v9-10

You have Jesus, the head of all rule and authority, live like it.

(I wrote this at the beginning of the day. I did my medical reading at 5pm-6pm and found a great book on eye care in developing nations. When I didn't know what to do in my day I prayed. It was a good day.)
